I am currently the chef/owner of Caliente Grille in Hattiesburg. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University's Culinary Arts program and have worked almost solely in kitchens, ranging from Emeril's in New Orleans to Alinea in Chicago to Mill's Tavern in Providence, RI.
